Under the aspect of the Energy management
we support the client on his request by studying potentially
too high energy consumptions at existing plants, compare it
to “up to date” achievable data and make a concept
for lowering the energy consumption.
We consult you for the improvement of the drying capacity
and the minimization of energy input at existing or new
flow dryers in the coating industry. Targeting on
a minimum exhaust air flow per drying system leads to a smaller
exhaust air cleaning plant which operates at a higher solvent
concentration and by this has a higher economic efficiency.
