Catalytic Recuperative Oxidation (RekuKAT)


  • Waste gas volume 1.000 – 20.000 Nm³/h

  • Purification of waste gas at low (1,0 g/Nm³) to medium
    (5 g/Nm³) solvent concentration

  • Suitable for organic hydrocarbons

  • High advantage: hydrocarbons with nitrogen combinations (N, NO) oxidize under nearly no NOx production due to a catalyst’s with very low oxidation temperature

  • Flexibility to alternating waste gas volume, waste gas temperature and contaminants concentration

  • Quick heating up time (30-45 minutes), ideal for short time or unexpected operation (standby)

  • Secondary heat recovery for heating of warm water or warm air

  • Operating gas: natural gas or propane.

  • Poisons for the catalyst are: lead, cadmium, mercury, fluorine, chlorine, sulfur, silicone, acids, micro dust, carbon black
