Under the aspect of the
Energy management we support the client on
his request by studying potentially too high energy consumptions
at existing plants, compare it to “up to date”
achievable data and make a concept for lowering the energy
consumption.
We consult you for the improvement of the drying capacity
and the minimization of energy input at existing or new
flow dryers in the coating industry. Targeting on
a minimum exhaust air flow per drying system leads to a smaller
exhaust air cleaning plant which operates at a higher solvent
concentration and by this has a higher economic efficiency.
The Selection of the plant technology
for getting the best possible and most economic solution
depends of various and different Criteria
and Factors dependent on the location:
Exhaust air volume
Exhaust temperature
Quantity of pollutant: Kind, mix, concentration
Other pollutants
Solvent purchase cost / Solvent recovery cost
Energy cost / Recovery of excess energy into the
production process
Mode of operation (Number of shifts or permanent
operation)
Moreover duties by law have to be followed:
In the EC: “Councel Directive 1999/13/EC”
from 1999
In Germany: Technische Anleitung (TA) - Luft
Deutschland: 31. Verordnung zum Bundes-Immissionsschutzgesetz
(so-called „31. BImSchV") aus 2001
